Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Amati Tesori. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
For pre-made items, returns/refunds may be requested for manufacturing defect items
to arrange a return or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. There are no refunds on custom orders.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the product price minus 3% restocking fee to your original method of payment. There are no refunds on custom orders.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
